Stain Removal
Butter & Margarine
- Apply dry-cleaning solvent, blot. A volatile dry spotter or
a commercial spotter such as Carbona, Energine or K2R can be used.
Use in small amounts as it can be harmful to sizings, backings
or stuffing material.
- Apply detergent solution, blot until dry. To make a detergent
solution, mix one teaspoonful of colorless, mild detergent or
dishwashing liquid in a cup of lukewarm water.
- Apply vinegar solution, blot.
- Apply water, blot until dry.
